nowpk Terms & Conditions

Please read all of the following terms carefully before using this platform. This document covers everything you need to know about accounts, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, and responsible gaming.

1. General Provisions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the nowpk platform and all of its associated services. This document forms a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and the entity operating nowpk ("we", "us", or "nowpk").

nowpk is an online entertainment platform offering slots, fishing games, cricket betting, and casino games. The platform is secured with SSL encryption technology and is committed to providing a safe and fair gaming environment.

For matters not covered in these Terms, the relevant general legal principles shall apply. If a dispute arises, please first check the FAQ or contact our support team.

Language & Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any disagreement over the interpretation of any clause, the interpretation of the nowpk authority shall be considered final. Singular terms used in these Terms may also refer to the plural where applicable, and a reference to one gender also applies to others.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access Requirements

To use the nowpk platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only.
  • You must be located in a country or region where online gaming is legally permitted or not prohibited.
  • You must be of sound mind and legally capable of taking responsibility for your own actions.
  • You must use your account in your own name only — playing on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
  • You must not be a professional athlete, official, or anyone whose participation would create a conflict of interest.

nowpk reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time. If requested documents for verification are not submitted within 72 hours, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Account Registration

Registration Rules

When creating an account on nowpk, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

  • Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • If you need to change the name, phone number, or email provided during registration, you must contact the support team.
  • Multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be subject to investigation.
  • Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain a safe environment, nowpk may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit any of the following documents:

  • National ID card (NID) or a copy of your passport
  • Proof of ownership of a bank or mobile wallet account
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed until KYC is completed, though this does not affect your right to the funds you have deposited.

4. Account Security

Password & Access

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. After logging in to nowpk, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Choose a strong password made up of a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters.
  • Never share your login details with anyone else.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
  • Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
  • Log out of your account when your session is over.

nowpk will not be held responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized access, unless it is proven to have occurred due to a fault in our system.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

nowpk currently supports deposits via three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh, and transactions through them are fast and secure.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (the same across all methods).
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.
  • Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name only.
  • Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals are only possible once the following conditions are met:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
  • If a bonus has been accepted, withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
  • Large withdrawal amounts may experience processing delays pending verification.
  • nowpk reserves the right to investigate unusual withdrawal requests and may place them on hold if necessary.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus Terms

nowpk offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is subject to the following conditions:

  • Wagering requirement: you must place bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount. For example — ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
  • Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500; or ৳28,000 deposit → maximum bonus ৳20,000 → total balance ৳48,000.
  • Accepting a bonus is optional. You may decline the bonus and withdraw your deposited funds directly.
  • The bonus is available once on your first deposit only.

Terms for Other Promotional Offers

From time to time, nowpk may provide various special offers. The conditions under which these offers apply are:

  • Each offer has its own validity period and terms, which are published alongside the offer.
  • nowpk reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer — however, this will not apply to bonuses that have already been accepted.
  • If misuse of the bonus system or any attempt at manipulation is proven, the relevant account and bonus will be cancelled.
  • One bonus cannot be used in combination with another bonus unless explicitly stated.

7. Prohibited Activities

Strictly Prohibited Actions

While using the nowpk platform, engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

  • Money laundering or attempting to legitimize funds from illegal sources through the platform.
  • Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through cheating, hacking, scripts, or automated software.
  • Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
  • Attempting to harass or harm other users through the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

Copyright

All content on the nowpk platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, design, and interfaces — is protected under the intellectual property rights of nowpk or its respective licensors.

Users are granted a limited, personal, and non-commercial license to use the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Copying, distributing, or publishing any content from nowpk without permission.
  • Attempting to retrieve the platform's source code through reverse engineering.
  • Using the nowpk brand name or logo for commercial purposes.
  • Converting any part of the platform into derivative works.

9. Responsible Gaming

Healthy Gaming Habits

nowpk believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a means of livelihood. All members are encouraged to follow the guidelines below:

  • Only wager an amount that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
  • Do not place larger bets in an attempt to recover money you have lost.
  • Take regular breaks and set limits on your playing time.
  • Never place bets using borrowed money or emergency funds.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Account Suspension

nowpk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • If any clause of these Terms is violated.
  • If fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • If documents required for KYC verification are not submitted on time.
  • If a security risk is identified.
  • For self-exclusion at your own request.

If there is any valid balance remaining when the account is closed and there is no reason for forfeiture due to a breach of terms and conditions, it will be returned through the specified process.

Voluntary Account Closure

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets or transactions will be settled before the account is closed. The account may be reopened after closure, but previous bonuses or offers will not apply again.

11. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer

The nowpk platform is provided on an "as is" basis. nowpk will not be held responsible for the following:

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.
  • Delays or errors related to third-party services (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
  • Any game or bet that is not completed properly due to technical issues.
  • Financial losses resulting from bets lost by your own decision.

Service Interruption

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical reasons. During this time:

  • Your account balance will remain secure.
  • If any bet is cancelled midway due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.
  • Service will be restored as quickly as possible.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Right to Make Changes

nowpk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made:

  • A notification will be provided on the platform for important changes.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes will be taken to mean that you agree to the new terms.
  • If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account.
  • The date of the change will be noted at the top of the page under the "Last Updated" section.
